Ordering

Order verification is done by us for all cash on delivery orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed, and will also receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS informing you about product dispatch and the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

In case you’d like to make any changes to your order, such as the size, quantity, delivery address, etc., please email us at care@themainman.in within two hours of placing your order.

After the two-hour window has elapsed, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. It may have already been packed and shipped.

We use SSL certificates and a PCI compliant gateway for our electronic commerce transactions.

We accept all Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, digital wallets.

All the payments options are available at the check-out page.

We also offer Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) service, although certain discounts and benefits do not apply to CoD orders.

The reason is that there are additional costs for us when you choose to buy by paying cash-on-delivery, and we’re not able to pass on some of the benefits of prepaid orders to you.

Therefore, we prefer and recommend that you place prepaid orders. They are more cost effective for both of us.

Yes, for now our shirts are available only online through www.themainman.in

In the future, with your patronage, we may expand to brick-and-mortar stores as well.

Returns / Exchanges

It’s simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us. We’ll only ask for your feedback on why you didn’t like our product, so that we can continually evolve and make even better products for our valued customers like you.

At THE MAIN MAN, Returns and Exchange are hassle-free. You simply fill in and submit a “Request Form” available at our Support Panel by Return Request within 15 days from the day of order delivery, (A simple return form, link mentioned below for your reference). Once you submit it, we will have a pick-up arranged within the next 3 working days.

Please pack the merchandize with all tags intact, in the original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered, we will not be able to accept exchange or return for that product. Once the pick-up is done and the product has reached us, based on your request, we will either exchange it with your desired product or issue a refund.

 

As you’ll notice, we have only one, honest price (MRP) for each of our shirts, which is inclusive of taxes. We do not write inflated prices and then offer a discounted price right next to it.

We do, however, run special discounts from time to time.

Any product bought at a special discounted price cannot be returned / exchanged.

 

Here are a few important things to remember:

All products must be returned within 15 days from delivery date. We are unable to accept a return request after 15 days of you receiving the product. Items sold on marked-down prices / discounted prices are not eligible for exchange or return. Shirts must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the original packing and tags.

Our warehouse processes product exchanges and returns in the order they are received. Once the package is delivered, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your return or exchange to be processed. When a return or exchange is processed, you will be notified via email. 

From the time a return and refund request is accepted, it takes 5 to 7 business days to process the refund. The refund will come to your original mode of payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund amount will be sent your bank account, the details of which we will request from you.

Do not worry! We are absolutely committed to safeguarding your personal information and your privacy. We completely value the trust you place in us upon buying from us, and we honour that.

The personal and contact information we collect from you is to enable us to send you the products you have ordered and to validate your identity, and for us to get in touch with you if the need should arise.

You are not required to register yourself to shop on our website. You can even login as guest and can have a seamless shopping experience.

However, creating an account or signing in using your Google or Facebook account has several benefits. You will have access to:

• My Orders - Quickly and easily manage your orders such as View Details, Track etc.

• My Info – One-time creation of all your personal info

• My Address – You can set billing and shipping address

• My Coupons – View all your current coupons You will also be eligible to receive special discounts and offers.

Payments

Mail us the details of your transaction at care@themainman.in, we will verify your payment status and get back to you with a confirmation, or with a request for completing your payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Not if the order value is more than Rs. 999.

If the order value is Rs. 999 or lower, there is a shipping fee of Rs. 99

*Shipping Charges are Non Refundable, in case you wish to cancel your order later or request a refund.

Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle.

• Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.

• An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.

Yes, we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 days, depending on the city / location. Please note that there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders. Also, international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

We believe in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern within 24 hours of receiving order by dropping a mail on care@themainman.in

In-stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Depending your location, it may take another 1-3 days for delivery. Most orders within India are hence delivered between 2-4 n business days, with some exceptions due to unforeseen situations.
